Clinical Psychologist
Sarah has been working as a clinical psychologist for over 14 years. She works from a person-centred approach offering warmth and genuine care to every client she sees. Sarah focuses on learning about each individual she meets before working with clients to create an individualised treatment plan. She uses evidence-based approaches to assist each client in working towards their goals. Sarah has experience and expertise in a number of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, compassion focussed therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.

Clinical Supervision
Dr Stirling is able to provide clinical supervision to registrars and other psychologists. Please enquire below for more information.
Letters and Reports
Letters and reports are not a usual component of psychological care and attract a cost in addition to therapy sessions. ​Letters / reports may be prepared for NDIS, Centrelink or insurers at Dr Stirling's discretion. There is no charge for standard Medicare reports required in the normal course of treatment.
